Restart is an outreach to homeless men and women in Philadelphia

We are Christian and prayer based. Some of you might be scared off by religion. But Jesus’s message is simple. Love God and love your neighbor. That’s not scary. And there is nothing scary about what we are doing. We are just bringing a different cup of sugar to the guy next door.
